About the Chef
Chef Kakoo specialises in regional Indian cuisine. An alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bombay, Kakoo has also been a Chef Instructor at the IHM, Bombay, L'Ecole Hoteliere, Mauritius & Training Chef at Swiss owned and managed chain of hotels, African Safari Club in Kenya. Chef Kakoo has been training culinary enthusiasts and professionals for over 20 years.
